Founded in 2006, The Fist Chapter Praetorian Guard RC located in Beaufort, SC serves as the National Chapter for the Praetorian Guard Riding Club.  Primarily a motorcycle riding club, the First Chapter regularly sponsors and supports local charities through fundraising and community involvement.

The First Chapter Praetorian Guard RC is made up of men and women motorcycle riders and passengers of all ages above the age of 21.  Although most of them are, or have served in the Marines, there is no requirement for military service to join.  The First Chapter Praetorian Guard RC has motorcycle rides almost every weekend through the Beaufort, SC area.  The First Chapter Praetorian Guard RC regularly has club events to attend the larger motorcycle events such as those at Myrtle Beach, SC and Daytona Beach, FL.  As a motorcycle riding club, the First Chapter Praetorian Guard RC likes to change the scenery once or twice a year and leave the scenic surroundings of Beaufort, SC for the famous open roads.  The First Chapter Praetorian Guard RC plans events for it club members to such locations as the Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, Devil's Triangle, Blue Ridge Parkway, Skyline Parkway and the Foothills Parkway.  If you are a motorcycle Rider or passenger and would like more information on joining us, please contact wolfman@praetorianguardrc.net  As a Club, we realise that not everyone has the time to ride in all of our events.  As such, there are no mandatory events in the First Chapter Praetorian Guard RC.
